At present,it only has a C/S mode engineering management system in Yingkou Power Supply Company.This system only realizes engineering coding management,engineering related weekly report,etc.This system can't realize the whole process control of engineering construction management and cannot manage the cost,schedule and quality of the engineering.The system is unable to link projects,engineering and cost,quality and schedule management,and it is unable to control the whole process and real-time process of cost,quality and schedule related to the engineering and conduct comprehensive statistical analysis.Under this premise,Yingkou Power Supply Company proposes to establish an engineering management system based on B/S model to solve these facing problems.This paper analyzes the current situation of Yingkou power supply company power engineering management.It defines the functional structure of the system.Through UML use case diagram,it realizes the analysis of engineering management,capital management,work plan and arrangement,contract management,safety and quality management,bidding management and comprehensive inquiry and other functions,and then it defines the non-functional requirements of the system.In the design process,it clarifies the overall system design,database design and the function detailed design.In the implementation process,with J2 EE as development platform,JAVA as development language,and ORACLE as database,it realizes the Yingkou power supply company engineering management system.In the test process,it prepares test work and test process to ensure system test pass.With the implements of the system,it realizes the whole process management of engineering construction.Through the system,it can conduct comprehensive management and real-time supervision on the cost,schedule and quality of engineering projects,provide comprehensive statistical analysis of engineering project management for the leadership,and provide effective data support for the management decision-making of the leadership.It realizes the informatization and unified management of engineering management,and promotes the improvement of enterprise management level and management efficiency.The implementation of the system improves the overall efficiency of Yingkou power supply company as a whole,improves the company's management level,realizes the company's fine management,and builds a powerful technology and management platform for the company.
