As an important part of the equipment manufacturing industry,all countries attach great importance to the development of the construction machinery industry,and the requirements for the level of engineering machinery intelligence are getting higher and higher.At present,the Internet of Things has begun to be widely used in many fields.Due to the advantages of the maturity of technology application,the ease of unification of capital and enterprise standards,the Internet of Things for Engineering Machinery has the characteristics and advantages of the Internet of Things.The Internet of Things that collects,stores and analyzes tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of engineering machinery information data will inevitably require a large-scale,reliable and reliable back-end data center with ultra-large scale,virtualization,high reliability and good scalability.Cloud computing technology is in line with the trend of largescale and intelligent development of engineering machinery Internet of Things.This article focuses on the following work:(1)The research background of engineering machinery,internet of things and cloud computing technology is expounded systematically,and the research status of cloud computing technology at home and abroad is introduced in detail.After that,the paper analyzes the concept,classification,features,architecture and key technologies of cloud computing technology,and focuses on the virtualization technology as the core of cloud computing technology.(2)According to the needs of the project source project,a detailed analysis was carried out,and the basic architecture of the cloud computing platform was designed.After that,it analyzes the technical characteristics and advantages of the Cisco Unified Computing System,and compares several major virtualization technologies horizontally.Based on this,the core technology of VMware vSphere virtualization products is determined,and its technical principles are applied.And the topology was systematically analyzed.(3)The Cisco Unified Computing System and VMware vSphere virtualization products are deployed and built according to a defined architecture.Then,the virtual non-uniform memory access,virtual symmetric multi-processing and other policies are enabled to improve the execution efficiency of the virtual machine calling the physical CPU;the performance of the working set size detection frequency and the virtual machine reserved memory are avoided to avoid the performance caused by the memory overload.Drop;configure virtual flash read cache and other technologies to optimize storage performance by dispersing the read and write load of virtual machine storage.(4)Using the industry's mainstream database benchmark performance testing tools,benchmark performance tests were performed on similarly configured test physical servers and virtual servers before and after performance optimization.The feasibility and effectiveness of the cloud computing platform was verified by actual test data.Later,together with the engineers of Xiamen Yaxun Network Co.,Ltd.,the application program of construction machinery access was deployed on the platform,and submitted to Fujian Electronic Product Supervision and Inspection Institute and Fujian Software Evaluation Center for project acceptance test.The test results show that the cloud computing operation management platform built in this paper can meet the technical requirements of 200 concurrent users and online access to 100,000 engineering machinery vehicles,and meet the various indicators of project acceptance.
