The development of engineering machinery is paid attention more and more as the country develop and construct. The function of engineering machinery has been paid more and more attention too. The engineering machinery with a working device may slip on driving wheel because the ground situation is different and the depth of the working devices may also different。The driving wheel must slip when the working device is too deep. In this case, the engine cannot work completely and the diesel oil cannot burn completely. As a result, the environmental pollution is very serious and they can make a lot of noise and cause great harm to themselves and others.Firstly, this paper designed determination method of engineering machinery slip rate on the base of analyzing the determination method of engineering machinery speed and chose Hall rotational sensor as the method of the engineering machinery wheels'speed measurement and chose Non-contact fifth wheel instrument as the method of the engineering machinery'speed.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the engineering machinery working device, this paper analyzed the electro-hydraulic proportional valve—the key part of the Tractor hydraulic suspension control system. In a microprocessor output voltage signal control and change the oil into the oil tank of traffic control and run down, suspended for the promotion of the elevator to achieve the purpose of controlling skid. And electro-hydraulic proportional's transfer function was built, choosing SHE-PWM to control.Thirdly, a engineering machinery via slip ratio was established according to the related knowledge and slippery tractor fuzzy control theory. The fuzzy logic controller was designed with MATLAB fuzzy control toolbox and simulated by SIMULINK. The stimulation results have shown that the ASR based on fuzzy control could prevent the driven wheel spinning effectively.At last, the hardware circuit based on engineering machinery antiskid fuzzy control system was designed. Brief analysis of the fuzzy control system software functions implementation. Signal collecting circuit, amplifying circuit, regulation circuit and output driving circuit, and digital signal testing circuit were designed. The experiments show that using this control system can determine the engineering machinery's slip rate well and can control excessive slip of engineering machinery's drive wheels by controlling the depth of working device based on slipping rate.
