| With the deepening of China’s manufacturing informatization construction, manyenterprises begin to pay attention to the information management of factory workshops.Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) could be regarded as the enterprise informationmanagement system for the factor workshops. It is the key factor which helps enterprisestransform to lean manufacturing. The Materials Management module plays a key role in theMES.In this paper, take certain construction machinery hydraulic fittings manufacturingenterprises as a example,in order to doing a research for the design and development ofMaterials Management module of MES.Field research and customers’needs could help make decision for developing entiresystem design. Combining with theory software engineering that was guided design anddevelopment of Manufacturing Execution System which based on Delphi7. Based onthose factors, the framework of constructure can be designed through employing UMLmodeling language, therefore it is also results in creating and developing methodology andimplementation steps of software.The paper introduce the main functions of the MaterialsManagement module and the system and deployment scenarios for the conceptual designand logic design. I make a summary for the results of the implementation of the project, anddetailed the system login process and the main interface initialization.The system could be used in actual production,which have many benefits forestablishment of a standardized management system and enhancement of the level ofproduction and operation of enterprises. In addition, it is also will make significantcontribution for industry-wide production management. |
