Two-way video technology is to meet the integration of two or more channels of video image information into an image, the advantage of multiple acquisition sensor can collect data to complementary advantages, in favor of overcome the shortcomings of a single sensor to collect images. Thus, two-way video fusion technology and engineering for real-life applications have great convenience. The research using FPGA chip as the processing, to meet the requirements of high-speed processing of image data, a good implementation requirements of the subject.Research work in this paper implements the FPGA with dual video signal acquisition and video image preprocessing functions(field programmable gate array) system, according to the actual needs of the system, design the system modules; software design stage, the use of VHDL / Verilog language related modules.The main achievement of this topic with dual video signal acquisition and pre-processing of the video system. In order to meet the requirements of the subject, the design of each module needed: overall system programming language is Verilog Hdl language, sub-section describes how to implement two-way video capture system, and elaborated principle each function module, the system according to the main design and implementation of the following conduct:Learning video transmission of knowledge, literature and reference materials,design feasibility way video signal pre-processing system based on the requirements of this task.Detailed study of video transmission format standard Bt656 and clear data stream decoding works.Solve the problem of video data cache, this issue using two DDR2 chip, can greatly enhance the efficiency of data writing and reading by alternating storage.Experimental results show that the video system design reasonable structure, easierto implement and less resource consumption, to achieve the desired effect issues, and ultimately the situation further proof system to meet the needs of the subject through the PC interface display.
