Now, all aspects of the information came into people's horizons. They appeared in digital, multimedia and intelligent way. Both information consciousness and information acquisition manners and so on, they had a huge change. Under the information environment, how to improve the efficiency of undergraduates' information acquisition behavior is a research hot spot. So this article decided to from the cognitive psychology to systematically understand the behavior of undergraduate students' information acquisition and analysis. The first chapter research status at home and abroad were reviewed and related theoretical and practical significance based on the cognitive psychology and the research background of information behavior. It put forward the main content of this paper, the research method and new idea. The second chapter, it introduced the relevant theories of cognitive psychology and information behavior, and summarizes the connection between the two concepts. The third chapter, it determine the information users access to information behavior of some specific factors from the cognitive factors, emotional factors and conation three aspects of cognitive psychological factors based on cognitive psychology theory. The fourth chapter, it adopts the method of questionnaire and part of the problem in-depth interviews and on the basis of access to information at various stages of the process of gradually questionnaire is designed. To understand the behavior characteristics, and confirmed the three aspects of the specific factors. The fifth chapter, it put forward two perspectives of advice to enhance the efficiency of college students' access to information and so on based on college students' information users and information service industry conclusion combined with the survey data. The sixth chapter, it summarize the full text and generalize the research emphasis and essay need to improve the deficiencies.
