Research, Based On The Theory Of Cognitive Psychology, Science And Technology User Information Search Behavior

As a fundamental part of the NSFC project titled "Research of the Satisfaction Index System of Scientific and Technological Database Websites Based on User Behavior Testing" (No. 70473038), this paper is focused on exploring the theories and rules of information searching behavior of academic information users based on cognitive psychology.After a comprehensive summarization of former researches, an analyzing model involves influential factors of user, system and context is put forward based on information using characteristics of academic information users, in which the cognitive physiological factors are analyzed systematically and the three phrases of information searching are examined intensively.Secondly, the relationship of psychology, cognitive psychology and problem solving theory is expounded, and especially the problem solving theory is made emphasized to explain the searching behavior process of academic information users.Based on the above research, some learning transfer experiments of information searching are designed, conducted and analyzed statistically. In which, the choice of methodologies, the designing of variables, implementation flow and data processing methods are described in detail, and the self-teaching transfer effect as well as the training transfer effect in these users' information searching process are explained.As the first time of exploration in the related field, the research conducted in this paper also formed a solid foundation for later researches.
