With the further development of today’s socialistic modernization construction, emotional intelligence training play an important role, improving middle school students’ emotional intelligence quality in our country also has the necessity and urgency. View of the present status of the middle school students of emotional intelligence, the junior middle school moral character as a middle school student world outlook, the outlook on life, values, but also shoulder the responsibility to cultivate EQ. How to nurture students to become socialist builders of having both ability and political integrity, how to train EQ with middle school moral character teaching effectively, how to strengthen the middle school students in junior middle school thought moral cultivation of emotional intelligence, the need for further exploration, it is also the purpose of this study.The teaching process based on the ideological and moral curriculum in middle school, in school textbooks as the support, using literature research method, theory with practice method, text analysis method, the combination of analysis and synthesis method,Study on the training of Ideological and moral teaching junior high school and middle school students’ EQ, and according to the theoretical analysis and practical experience described in moral lessons in junior high school to middle school students’ EQ cultivation of social significance and individual significance, explore the ideological and moral teaching and cultivation of students’ emotion quotient has certain correlation, pointing out that the students’ ideological, moral quality and psychological, emotional quality restrict each other, develop students EQ is the ideological and moral teaching junior high school should have meaning,The junior middle school thought moral lesson teaching goals and students’ emotional intelligence training goal is consistent, therefore in Ideological and moral teaching of students is necessary after the EQ cultivation; from the teaching content, the thought personal character class teaching mode and the ideological and moral teacher on some aspects of the possibility of EQ cultivation in the teaching of moral lessons in junior high school that may be, EQ cultivation throughout the ideological and moral course teaching in the middle school. Through optimizing the teaching mode of Ideological and moral lesson and promote the cultivation of middle school students’ EQ cultivation of impact, influence character by environment through the promotion of teachers to students’ emotional quotient EQ literacy. Finally this paper from perfecting the teaching condition of Ideological and moral lesson, enhance the moral lesson in junior middle school teachers’ emotional intelligence level, osmosis EQ cultivation in each link of the ideological and moral teaching, expand the ideological and moral teaching, improving middle school students’ EQ level through extracurricular activities and so on several aspects, launched on in the ideological and moral teaching on middle school students’ EQ cultivation path when the choice of discussion, and strive to safeguard the ideological and moral teaching this course effect better, improve students EQ in the thought personal character class better.
