| As the national government and education departments continue to pay more attention to the physical health of young people,the proportion of sports in primary and secondary education continues to increase.At the same time,the contradiction between the methods and efficiency of traditional sports training in the time arrangement of other cultural subjects is increasing.The singular and boring form of special training based on test-oriented sports not only fails to improve students’ enthusiasm for participation,but also deviates from the original intention of physical health.High-intensity interval training is an efficient training method for a period of time,and its popularity and popularity in foreign youth sports have been supported by many studies to support its effectiveness.Introducing such advanced training methods and training ideas into domestic youth sports classrooms can not only alleviate the conflicts in academic schedules,but also make school sports return to the original intention of promoting adolescents’ physical health with a variety of fun.This article applies literature research method,experimental method,practice observation method,data analysis method,questionnaire survey method,through 9 weeks of high-intensity interval training practice with junior high school students in a junior high school in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province.Through exploring the impact of different training methods on the sports performance of junior high school students.Increase the efficiency and diversity of training by optimizing the existing training system.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)In terms of immediate heart rate and one-minute recovery heart rate,the data of the two groups of boys are very close and similar,and the data of the two groups of girls tend to be consistent after showing a trend of mutual leading.As the training load continued to increase after the 4th week in the prescription,the recovery heart rate performance of the control group decreased,while the experimental group showed a significant upward trend.(2)The vital capacity data showed that both the male and female groups,although the control group was higher than the experimental group before the experiment,the experimental group showed a higher rate of increase.(3)Except for the female control group,there is no significant difference in the sitting body forward bending data.The experimental group all show that they lag behind before the experiment and surpass the control group after the experiment.(4)The scores of the experimental group in the 50-meter project were higher than those of the control group before and after the experiment,and the gap gradually increased compared with that before the experiment.However,in the 1000-meter and 800-meter projects,there was a diametrically opposite situation to the 50-meter project.The results of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference in the data of the female experimental group.(5)The scores of the experimental group and the control group on the front-throw solid ball project were similar,and there was no significant difference in the scores.The data of the standing long jump show obvious differences,which proves that high-intensity interval training has a very good effect on the whole body explosive force and has a stronger promotion of leg muscle strength.(6)The final results of one-minute sit-ups and three-minute rope skipping are linearly related to the ability before the experiment,and the growth rates of the two groups are almost the same.In the data of push-ups and kneeling push-ups,the experimental group showed a significant increase compared with the control group. |
