The Effect Of One-effect Cream External Application Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation On The Treatment Of Damp-heat Injection-type Mixed Hemorrhoids

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of the Yixiao ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation in the treatment damp-heat pouring downward syndrome mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Material and method:Analysis of March 2015-January 2017 in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Anorectal treatment of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome mixed hemorrhoids 80 patients,using random number table method is divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group of 40 cases,the use of Yixiao ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation used in damp-heat pouring downward syndrome mixed hemorrhoid surgery after the wound,the control group of 40 cases,the use of Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation used in damp-heat pouring downward syndrome mixed hemorrhoid surgery after the wound.The therapeutic effect and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:1.Patients in the treatment group were superior to the control group in bleeding symptoms after defecation.2.The treatment group of patients in the postoperative pain than the control group have a good effect.3.In the postoperative anal margin of edema,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group of patients.4.In the postoperative anus bulge,the early treatment group than the control group have a good effect.5.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the wound healing time(P <0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group.6.The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 100% in the control group.Conclusion:1.Yixiao ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation in the reduction postoperative bleeding symptoms,postoperative pain,postoperative anal edema,postoperative anal bulge,other damp-heat pouring downward syndrome mixed hemorrhoid postoperative complications have a better effect.2.Yixiao ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation can shorten the hospital stay.3.Yixiao ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation and Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation treatment of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome mixed hemorrhoids postoperative complications both have a good effect,Yixiao ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction fumigation better efficacy.
