Objective: we try to study the XiaoZhongZhiTong prescription's effect on acute soft tissue injury and provide animal experiment support for the clinical on SD rats by using the XiaoZhongZhiTong prescription created by Professor Zheng Huai-xian.And we try to study the change of symptoms,histomorphology,Fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),and compared the effect with the Ibuprofen?QiLiSan.Methods: we chose eighty male SD rats of three-month-old to feed seven days,and divided into group A(normal saline group),group B(ibuprofen control group),group C(QiLiSan control group)and group D(XiaoZhongZhiTong prescription group)randomly after establishing animal models,and feed the medicine by intragastric administration after grouping;the XiaoZhongZhiTong prescription was fed by intragastric administration directly,the ibuprofen and QiLiSan were intragastric administration after mixed with normal saline each other,2 times a day in each group;The survival status,body weight,body temperature and soft tissue injury were observed and recorded every day,and we obtained the injured tissue specimens and made into section at the first?third?seventh?tenth day,evaluated the changes in histomorphology under the microscope.We tested the change of basic fibroblast growth factor concentration by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results:(1)Weight results: as the same in group B and group C,the weight of group A was increased slowly from first day to tenth day,and the weight in the first day?the third day?the seventh day?the tenth day was no significant different in each other(P>0.05),the weight of group D was increased fastly in ten days,and the weight was significant different between first day and tenth day(P<0.05);comparison among groups,there was no significant different in body weight in the first day,the weight was no significant different between group C and group D in third and seventh day(P>0.05),the weight of each group was no significant different in tenth day.(2)Symptomatology Index: in group comparison,the index of the first day was highly significant different from the seventh ? the tenth day,the index was highly significant different between the third day and the tenth day,the same as the seventh day and the tenth day in group A(P<0.01),the third day's index was highly significant different from seventh day and tenth day,and the first day's index was highly significant different from other day's in group B(P<0.01),the index in first day was highly significant different from that of the third day?the seventh day and the tenth day,and the index of third day was highly significant different from that in seventh and tenth day(P<0.01)in group C,the index in first day was highly significant different from the index of other days(P<0.01),the index in the third day was highly significant different from that in seventh and tenth day(P<0.01),and the index of seventh day was highly significant different from the index of tenth day(P<0.01)in group D;comparison among groups,there was no significant different in the first day.Index in group A was highly significant different from that in group B and D(P<0.01),and index group A was different from that in group C(P<0.05)in the third day.Index in group A was highly significant different from that in other group(P<0.01)in seventh day.Index in group A was highly significant different from that in group C and D(P<0.01),and index in group B was different from that in group C and D(P<0.05)in tenth day.(3)Histomorphology : in group comparison,the histomorphology of the first and third day was significant different from the seventh and tenth day in group A(P<0.05),the histomorphology of each day was high significant different with each other in group B?C?D(P<0.01),Comparison among groups,There was no significant different among every group in the first day(P>0.05),the histomorphology of group A was significant different with others groups in third?seventh and tenth day(P<0.05);(4)The number of bFGF:in group comparison,The number of bFGF of each day was no significant different with each other in group A(P>0.05),the number of bFGF in first day was significant different from that in the seven days(P<0.05)and the number of bFGF in first day was high significant different from that in the tenth day(P<0.01).In group B,the number of bFGF in first day was significant different from that in the tenth day(P<0.05).In group C,the number of bFGF in first day was significant different from that in the tenth day and seven day(P<0.05).In group D,Comparison among groups,the number of bFGF in group A was significant different from that in group C and group D(P<0.05);in the first day,number of bFGF in group D was significant different from that in group A(P<0.05);in the third day,There was no significant different among each group in seventh and tenth day(P>0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of acute soft tissue injury,the XiaoZhongZhiTong prescription can promote the secretion of bFGF(in 72h)in the early stage,so that the time of effective repair of the injured tissue was less than normal repair,and the repair effect is obvious;ibuprofen may have a role in promoting bFGF secretion in the early stage(in 24h);In the observation of symptomatology Index and histomorphology,ibuprofen,QiLiSan,XiaoZhongZhiTong prescription significantly better than model control group,the curative effect of XiaoZhongZhiTong prescription is better than that in ibuprofen and QiLiSan.
