| Objective: To study acute soft tissue injury in rats by experimental methods,to observe the condition of the affected limbs of rats,to give scores and to observe histomorphology under microscope, and to explore its curative effect by detecting the changes of hemorheology indexes and the content of bFGF in muscle tissue. So as to Provide a scientific basis for the clinical use of the Prescri Ption. Methods: 90 male SD rats were selected and divided into five groups by random number table method: modeling group(Number Two Jia Wei Huo Luo Plaster group,Erhuang Xinshang Zhitong ointment group,Voltarin cream group, model group),blank group, divided into groups After the end,the rats in the modeling group were modeled, and then the corresponding drugs were externally applied to the rats in each group at the same time Period every day.At the same time Period on the 1st,4th,and 7th days after application,6 rats in each group were selected for experiment, and the hemorheological indexes,bFGF content in muscle tissue and histomorphological changes were detected.Results:(1)Soft tissue injury symptom index score: The scores of the rats in the model group gradually decreased on the 1st,4th,and 7th days after the drug was applied.Small(P<0.05);there was no significant difference compared with the drug group(P>0.05),and there were significant differences between the modeling group and the blank group on the 1st,4th,and 7th days after drug application(P<0.05).(2)Histomor Phology: Compared with the model group, the drug group can obviously relieve the inflammatory response of local soft tissue and accelerate the repair of muscle fibers.(3)bFGF expression: On the first day after application, the proportion of positive bFGF in the drug group was higher than that in the model group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(P < 0.05),the values in the drug group were close, and there was no statistical difference(P> 0.05).On the 4th day after application, the proportion of positive bFGF in the drug group began to decrease, and the proportion of positive bFGF in the model group increased, but the drug group was still higher than the model group, with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The positive proportion was higher than that of the blank group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).On the 7th day after application, the proportion of positive bFGF in the drug group continued to decrease, and the proportion of positive bFGF in the model group continued to increase. At this time, the model group was higher than the drug group, and there was a statistical difference between the model group and the drug group(P< 0.05),the proportion of bFGF positive in the model group was higher than that in the blank group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)Hemorheology indexes: There was no significant difference in the indexes of the modeling group on the first day after application(P>0.05),but there were significant differences between the modeling group pand the blank group(P > 0.05),compared with the first day on the 4th and 7th day after the drug application, except the red blood cell deformation index gradually increased in each group, the other indicators showed a downward trend, and the drug group was significantly better than the model group(P < 0.05),compared with the first day on the 4th and 7th days after the application of the medicine in the modeling group and the blank group, all indicators were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The Number Two Jia Wei Huo Luo Plaster can significantly improve the acute soft tissue injury in rats and promote the recovery of the affected limb;the efficacy of the Number Two Jia Wei Huo Luo Plaster in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury in rats is comparable to that of Erhuang Xinshang Zhitong ointment and Futarin cream; The mechanism of action of acute soft tissue injury may increase the expression of bFGF in the affected area, improve blood concentration,viscosity,coagulation,stagnation,anticoagulation,anti-erythrocyte and platelet aggregation, improve local blood circulation disorders, and promote tissue repair. |
