With the development of economic globalization, the competition of talents is becoming much fiercer. The value of human resources in every enterprise is increasing. Even it can be said that human resources have begun to exceed the financial resources and become the core resources of enterprises. In the process of growing scale and expanding of business, the enterprise has to face the problems of complicated internal business process, operation cost and management difficulty. In the face of these problems, human resources professionals are receiving greater challenges. In order to increase the core competitiveness, reduce the operating costs of enterprises, improve work efficiency and service quality, human resource model have to comply with the needs of enterprise development. If human resources department finally want to achieve strategic transformation, the implementation of shared service center strategy should be set up to reduce the enterprise's operating costs and improve work efficiency.This article through to HRSS center in Dow Corning China Company as the research object. From the "employee satisfaction" which is the important factor affecting the performance of the HRSS center, do analysis and research how to enhance the service quality of HRSS center.
