The development of enterprises is due to the all employees'efforts, practice has proved that satisfactory employee can make satisfactory customers, and only the satisfactory customer can make enterprises development continuously.The employee's satisfaction investigation can reflect the suggestions on the respects such as salary, enterprise leader, management style, enterprise's current situation,etc. The employee can participate in management another channel. Through analyzing the unsatisfied item ,the administrator can promote the management level progressively on the premise of ensuring employee's satisfaction to improve constantly . In addition, the employee's satisfaction can become an important index of appraising business performance of every service department.This thesis comments the main viewpoint of domestic and international satisfaction theories of employee briefly firstly, then introduce the management of employee satisfaction of Xiaoya Group. The employee satisfaction investigate includes the appraisal content, appraisal standard and working process. At last analyzed the investigation result of Xiaoya Group and rectification and improvement measure deeply. The case by Xiaoya Group has offered a very good original version for employee's satisfaction investigation of Chinese enterprise.
