With the rapid development of China's economy,competition between enterprises increasing sharply,Talents have become the key to business success.The development of enterprises is due to the all employee's efforts,According to the service profit chain:satisfaction employee can make satisfactory customers,and only the satisfactory customer can make enterprises development continuously.The employee's satisfaction inverstigation can reflect the suggertions on the respects such as salary,enterprise leader,management style,enterprise's current situation,ect.The employee can participate in management another channel.Through analyzing the unsatisfied item,the administrator can promote the management level progressively on the premise of ensuring employee's satisfaction to improve constantly.In addition,the employee's satisfaction can become an improtant index of appraising business performance of every service department.This thesis with the aid in the interview and the questionnaire survey research technique,carried on the interview to the enterprise managers and staffs. based on the interview and refered to the findings, we have designed the staff degree of satisfaction questions. the questions including 37 questions, cover the basic situation of staffs,the salary welfare,and the interpersonal relationship and so on.meanwhile This thesis analyzed the inverstigation result of A company limited Tianjin and rectification and improvement measure deeply.then proposed some good advice for improving the employee's satisfaction of A company, mainly includes the following several aspects::Improve the performance appraisal system, Establish a fair and reasonable pay system ,Pay more attention on staff training, shaping people-oriented corporate culture, Create a good work environment,change the personnel management from a traditional to a modern human resources management,Enhance corporate image, and expand visibility and reputation.
