Currently, the whole country is popular with enthusiasm. Thousands of start-up companies is facing the challenges and problems. Of course, different companies within different environment encounter different issues and problems. However, many companies, regardless of when and how the environment is, face the same problems more or less, such as unclear entrepreneurial orientation, premature occasion, unreasonable team building, unscientific team management and imperfect business model, and end in failure ultimately.This thesis is a case type dissertation, including four sections:the section Case Background Research, the section Case Presentation, the section Case Problem Analysis, the section Case Solution. It will draw on the comprehensive analysis on the issues of team-building and management of a failed high-tech start-up company, which is to explore how start-up companies promote employment on team building and management from the whole process of the opportunity, start-up formation to the decision-making and execution and to the success in the end. Through this description of the entrepreneurial process, the impact of internal and external environment on the relationship between the team members as well as the business opportunity and the resistance encountered in the entrepreneurial process, this paper focuses on issues of the team because of variety of reasons, and analyzes how can produced problems be solved through any ways in order to achieve the scientific management of high-tech start-up team. Meanwhile, the thesis is hoped to help more start-ups to recognize their own problems, seek improvement and breakthrough constantly, and achieve success in the end.In the case introduction part, the author uses realistic means to restore the real situation:the process of a small high-tech start-up which named company A from its start-up to failure. From the beginning of Z sir's entrepreneurial idea to the joining in of L sir as a partner, then a technology partner of W, the entire entrepreneurial process encountered many kinds of difficulties and numerous problems. From the entrepreneurial idea to the formation of the entire team and finally to the failure, the whole progress cost almost a year. In this part, the mainly statement is company A's environment and process of business start-up, the progress of its development and the preparation of business plans and so on. By the statements of these content, the reflection of company A's situation in team building, including team organization and team management, come to our eyes..The part of problem analysis is to analyze company A's situation and problems, especially its entrepreneurial team construction. It include problems of team building, such as competency issues of team leader, the team concept and members, problems of management of team goals, such as team goals awareness and clarity, problems of team motivation, such as a comprehensive analysis about the combination of individual members' motivation and team motivation,as well as team management issues etc..In the Part of the solution, the author combines some theoretical principles, the cases of personality in team building as well as the common problems of other failed high-tech start-up companies which the author has visited and communicated with. The entrepreneurial team building strategy of high-tech companies is drawn up from two aspects which are internal governance and external cooperation to propose the scientific configuration of the members founding, leaders competency training, the unity understanding of entrepreneurial, rich of team culture, drawing up performance and incentive schemes starting from the reality, adjusting the share structure and financing options to local conditions and strengthening the cooperation with others and so on.This paper, as a case type, hoped to reflect the problems of millions of Chinese start-ups may face or have facedthrough the analysis on companyA's failures, is going to provide effective solutions to help start-ups healthy and rapid growth.
