With the rise of big wave of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship team plays a great role in the entrepreneurial process.It becomes an important mode of the New Economy wealth creation and technological advancement.Discovered by scholars at home and abroad, the survival rate of entrepreneurial teams relatively low, among many factors, trust factor can not be neglected.Today, with more and more fierce competition of market economy, how to build an effective trust becomes a key determinant of high-tech entrepreneurial team survival.This paper defines the meaning of trust and team of high-tech enterprises to conduct research on the entrepreneurial team at Trust on the basis of the research results at home and abroad.Combined with high-tech enterprise's characteristics, divided under the main factors of the social context of high-tech entrepreneurship team trust, were divided from the individual level, team level and organizational level, and the establishment of trust factors entrepreneurial team system.Meanwhile, in-depth analysis of the influence of these factors on the three levels of high-tech entrepreneurship and team trust established path, constructed a theoretical model of factors affecting high-tech entrepreneurship team trust and propose theoretical assumptions.Through questionnaires and data collecting actual data, empirical research norms. Based on the results of data,using SPSS17.0 to analy and study the impact factors of high-tech entrepreneurship team trust.We find the individual level(the ability,goodwill and integrity); team level(team goal clarity and effectiveness) and organizational level(organizational vision, system) for the high-tech entrepreneurship team trust has a positive impact on the team trust,but the heterogeneity of team members has no significant association with entrepreneurial team trust. Finally, combining case studies, empirical research analysis with the factors affecting the individual, team and organizational levels, we propose some countermeasures and suggestions for high-tech entrepreneurship Division team to establish and maintain trust. First, we must pay attention to personal accomplishment, but team members should cultivate the goodwill of consciousness to promote team building trust. Second,on the basis of a clear team goals, improving the effectiveness of the leadership team to improve trust in the entrepreneurial team.Third, from the perspective of the organization starting construction, unified organization vision and establish a sound organizational security system.
