With the rapid development of China's economy and its fast-paced transition,the term “entrepreneurship” has become a heated trend and fashion.Beneath the entrepreneurship boom lies the calm thinking that how to start up a new business successfully.Moreover,such kind of success is not a transient condition.It is the sustainable development of enterprise.Academics have also endeavored to reveal the essential factors of successful entrepreneurship via a large amount of research.This thesis starts from the prospective of team building.Based on a large number of previous studies,the thesis puts forward the evaluation elements and system of team building: namely,team builder's personal influences,social characteristics,and learning abilities;the complementarity of team members' skills and interpersonal relationships,and the homogeneity of value system;the identity of team vision;the rationality and clarity of the team object design;the conciseness of team structure setting,which is of benefit for information sharing and smooth communication;moderate delegation and control of team managers in team management,the enthusiasm of performance setting and incentive setting in team management,the coordination and unification of humanity and fairness in team management;the related influences of team conflict in team cooperation and the trust relationship among team members.The system is applied to the personal experiences in a start-up enterprise.Through the objective analysis of team construction during three start-up stages of the enterprise,the thesis puts forward the basic principles for team construction that entrepreneurial enterprises ought to follow.First and foremost,the real needs of enterprises should be given the top priority,which should be treated as the fundamental starting point.Secondly,view team construction issues from a dynamic and developmental aspect.Thirdly,pay attention to the unity of primary and secondary conflicts and balanced development.Via the combination of theory and real case analysis,the thesis plays a significant role in team construction,which is more than beneficial for enterprises to realize the smooth transition from the early stage to the growth stage and maturity stage of entrepreneurship,so as to achieve the sustained growth and development of entrepreneurial enterprises.
