High-tech Entrepreneurship Team Building

The 21st century is a century of high-tech industries. The development of high-tech industry has become an important indicator of the level of scientific progress in a national and regional and the level of development of productive forces. The development of high-tech industry has become a key factor for economic development in the country or region. The establishment, growth and development of high-tech industry all based on high-tech enterprise's entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial team is the most critical factor for the entrepreneurship to be success or failure.This thesis points out clearly that the entrepreneurial team is the key factor for the entrepreneurship to be success or failure. It is proved by the current domestic and oversea entrepreneurship failure data. This paper adopt the gradually analyze method and refer to different researches of some foreign experts and scholars on the team, the project team, the entrepreneurial team and hi-tech entrepreneurship team, citing the case of JNNR communications systems entrepreneurial team, combining the effect to the team-work with traditional Chinese culture, the author analyses the management problem in the entrepreneurial team, also gives some suggestions. The write hopes that it can provide practical guidelines and reference to hi-tech entrepreneurship team.This thesis falls into five parts.In the first part, the exordium of the thesis, the writer presents the background and the scope of research. The author brings forward that the entrepreneurial team is the key factor for the entrepreneurship to be success or failure based on the research about the entrepreneurial problem. Then the writer describes the significance of this study after comparing the study of experts and scholars to entrepreneurial team. At last, the author raises the problem to be settled in the thesis: how to build the entrepreneurial team of hi-tech enterprise.In the second part, the writer compares the study of domestic and foreign experts on the team, the project team, the entrepreneurial team and the hi-tech entrepreneurship team. Then the writer finds that the study on entrepreneurial team in China is less than overseas, and most of the study abroad is not suitable for the situation in China. The...
