Study On Evaluation Of Xichong County Agricultural Technology Promotion Effect

Modern agriculture is more high on product quality, production efficiency, production cycle requirements are. n this paper, through the research on the current situation of agricultural technology extension in Xichong County, combined with the actual situation of the development of Agricultural County Xichong, find out the existing problems in agricultural extension, at the same time, based on statistical data, the effect of each factor on agricultural technology promotion effect of quantitative analysis at the micro level, and find the way promotion method is more suitable for the development of county agriculture Xichong, provide support for local agricultural transformation.In this paper, Xichong agricultural technology promotion as the research object, questionnaire survey method and comparative research method and empirical results from the promotion of farmers satisfaction two aspects of agricultural technology promotion effect research. It includes six parts:"Introduction", "theoretical basis", "Xichong County Agricultural Technology Extension situation and problems" and "farmers'satisfaction evaluation", "agricultural technology promotion demonstration effect" and "study conclusions and recommendations".This study found that:(1) of agricultural technology extension workers need to improve professional quality. Xichong County part of the agricultural technology promotion personnel quality is not high, older, lack of learning ability has seriously affected the work of agricultural technology promotion. (2) the agricultural technique needs diversification. The promotion of agricultural technology is a process of exchange of farmers and agricultural technology popularization and two-way, practical work promotion methods lead to simple abstract contents seriously affect the farmers receiving effect. (3)management of primary agricultural extension organizations need to strengthen. The local township agricultural extension center loose management daily work to promote the work of the village under the mutual prevarication, perfunctory, much less without distinction, these phenomena seriously dampened the enthusiasm of all personnel, management needs to be strengthened.(4) Focus on the promotion of the project need to improve. Pepper industry has become the main income of many farmers, the government should take relevant measures to improve the two Vitex promotion projects, promote the industry stable development of pepper, the promotion of farmers' income.(5) Extension service concept should be changed. The agricultural technology extension work should be extended to instruction service promotion. The staff should be further farmer groups, collect relevant information, understand the actual needs of the farmers. According to the information of the actual needs of farmers, promote the promotion of agricultural technology development, improve the promotion effect.According to the Xichong County agricultural technology promotion situation, based on collecting statistical data, to analyze the effect of agricultural technology extension.
