Research On The Strategy Of Agricultural Technology Extension In Yantai

Agricultural technology extension is the bridge and link that agricultural scientific research results are transformed into actual productive forces,the effective way to promote the development of rural productive forces,the important way and means to improve and solve the "three rural" problems.In this paper,based on the understanding of a large number of domestic and foreign agricultural technology promotion work dynamics,the yantai city agricultural technology promotion strategy is studied.This paper analyzes the work of agricultural technology extension by means of consulting data,investigating and comparing,and puts forward the strategies of agricultural technology extension in yantai city by referring to the typical practices and experience of other five cities in shandong province.Through the research on the establishment,operation mechanism and promotion mode of agricultural technology promotion in Holland,Japan,the United States and other countries,the typical practices in jinan,linyi,liaocheng,rizhao and other cities in shandong province were analyzed,and the field research on the agricultural technology promotion in yantai city was conducted to analyze the overall status of the construction of agricultural technology promotion system.The paper holds that the agricultural technology extension work in yantai city has achieved certain results,which is attributed to the natural agricultural endowment of yantai city,the efforts of extension institutions and the ability of farmers to accept new technologies.With the development of society and agriculture,the model of agricultural technology extension led by the government has been unable to meet the requirements of agricultural development in the new stage.Although some achievements have been made in the promotion,in general,the promotion mode is single,the scientific research,the promotion and the production are disjointed,the professional quality of the promotion personnel needs to be improved,the promotion funds are insufficient and the promotion law is not sound and so on.The paper holds that agro-technical extension institutions and personnel should be diversified,and the methods of agricultural technology extension should be constantly updated,and communication,consultation,informatization and other extensive applications should be applied.This study combines theoretical research and case analysis,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of agricultural technology extension in yantai city,and puts forward targeted suggestions for the research on this premise.The paper believes that: to strengthen capacity building,the implementation of brand agricultural projects,demonstration drive,help subsidies and related security measures.To construct a diversified popularizing agricultural techniques system,mobilize scientific research personnel,extension personnel and enterprises to participate in popularizing agricultural techniques,give full play to their respective advantages and contribute to the agricultural technology extension in yantai.
