Yangling District Agricultural Technology Promotion Effect Evaluation Research

With the continuous progress of modern agricultural technology and the desire to develop modern agriculture in our country,the popularization and application of modern agricultural technology become the key nodes.At present,there are many problems in agricultural technology extension,such as long cycle,single transformation means and poor transformation rate,which further highlights the necessity of strengthening the research and development of agricultural technology and subsequent effect research.In addition,it has great effect on improving the conversion rate of agricultural technology and shortening the promotion cycle,but it has been shown that agricultural technology popularization plays an important role in the development of agricultural technology.This study is based on the agricultural technology promotion process and effect of Yangling area as the research object,systematically analyzes the current promotion of technology,and the construction of the agricultural technology promotion effect evaluation index system and evaluation of several years of agricultural extension effect in Yangling area according to the results and statistical data,and provides the perfect policy advice.According to the research status at home and abroad,through the discussion of the background and research value,sort out the research ideas and methods of this research,and the research innovations and shortcomings;then based on the concept and theory of the popularization of agricultural technology integration,through the concept and theoretical analysis provides the theoretical basis for this study then,the status of agricultural technology popularization in Yangling area were analyzed,the specific method of in-depth analysis of the local agricultural extension and the problems,then construct the evaluation system in Yangling agricultural technology promotion effect,respectively from two aspects of economy,society and ecology,and comprehensive evaluation method using qualitative and quantitative,of the agricultural technology promotion case in Yangling area were analyzed,the comparative analysis method,cost-benefit analysis method and AHP method in the region The effect of agricultural technology extension was evaluated,and the existing problems were analyzed.Finally,the evaluation index system of agricultural technology extension effect was constructed by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the effect of agricultural technology extension in Yangling area was evaluated.The conclusion of the study shows that the extension of agricultural technology to the development of Yangling’s economic and social and ecological benefits has important positive effects,including 2010-2015 in Yangling during the agricultural technology promotion effect gradually improved,but there is still space for optimization,according to the research on formation of policy recommendations.
