Research On Agricultural Technology Extension Model Under The Background Of Rural Rejuvenation

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization,one of the core of which is agricultural modernization.The key to agricultural modernization is to apply modern agricultural technology to agricultural production and meet the needs of agricultural production with modern agricultural technology.In modern agricultural production,technology is the decisive factor.The quality of labor,especially the ability to master agricultural technology,is the key to agricultural development.The research and development and promotion of agricultural technology is an important institutional arrangement to improve the technical ability of agricultural production subjects.In the modern agricultural system,the chain between the research subject of agricultural technology and the agricultural production subject is often too long.The agricultural production subject needs the help of systematization to improve the ability of obtaining technology,and the agricultural technology extension is such a system.It connects the research and development subject of agricultural technology with the agricultural production subject,which not only promotes the agricultural technology to the agricultural production subject,but also expands the agricultural technology to the agricultural production subject Transmit the demand of agricultural production subject for technology to agricultural technology research and development subject.Because of its characteristics of avoiding risks and reducing costs,agricultural cooperatives have become the most common form of farmers' organization in agricultural technology promotion.Because the function of agricultural technology research and development has not been completely transferred to the market,and agricultural production depends on the natural environment,it is difficult to completely get rid of the constraints of small-scale agricultural production,which leads to a series of problems in the process of agricultural technology promotion.This paper takes the agricultural technology extension model as the research object,analyzes the types and characteristics of the agricultural technology extension model and the existing problems of the current agricultural technology extension system;combing the historical stages of the agricultural technology extension model through literature analysis,analyzes the development trend of the agricultural technology extension model.Through the analysis of typical cases,the paper holdsthat the main restrictive factors of agricultural technology extension are the small scale of agricultural production,insufficient research and development of agricultural technology,incomplete development of market intermediaries,regional differences in agricultural production.According to the above,the paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects:policy,system and social network.The first is to vigorously promote the expansion of agricultural production scale,increase investment in agricultural technology research and development,and improve the effective demand and supply of agricultural technology.Second,we should vigorously cultivate agricultural technology market intermediaries and large-scale agricultural enterprises,and give full play to the important role of market organizations and market mechanisms in agricultural technology promotion.Third,we should pay attention to the cultivation of rural talents,rural technical experts,and the role of acquaintance network in the promotion of agricultural technology.
