In recent years,as the demand of informatization in all industries is springing up,turning eyes to the enterprise customers with the market for mass user saturated,the three leading communication operators----China Mobile,China Unicom and China Telecom actively participates in the construction of enterprise informatization to explore market opportunity,seeking for new profit gain.Liangshan branch of Chinamobile Sichuan Company is located in Liangshan Prefecture,the backward area in Southwest China,and its development is faced with lots of challenges from the local natural and cultural circumstances such as scattered settlements,large village population and steep tough roads.Over the past 10 years,however,Liangshan Branch has managed a competitive place in local fundamental market,helping lay a promising foundation for enterprise customers' market.Although it has recently made some progress in business with enterprise clients by undertaking certain projects of enterprise informatization,there is still large blank in local informatization market,and as to the management of these informatization projects,Liangshan Branch isn't usually fully prepared with scientific and effective methodology.The development of the enterprise informatization business as well as the loyalty of enterprise customers is based on the success of informatization projects Liangshan Branch committed to work on by the contract with enterprise clients,so it's crucial to work out how to improve the ability to manage informatization projects successfully.On the basis of the theory of project management and project life cycle,this thesis analyzes the importance of applying life cycle methodology to enterprise informatization project management,respectively studies the features and different management methods of four life periods of an informatization project,and then presents the methodology of enterprise informatization project management,including the structure of the organization,the models of controlling the schedule,communication and requirement variation,and the specific measures of managing the process of project running in angle of four life phases----enabling,planning,executing,and finishing phase.Finally,the project of Collaboration Office System construction undertaking by Liangshan Branch is taken as an example to demonstrate the application of the methodology presented in this paper.The project organization has flexibly employed these previously proposed measures to the course of the execution of the project,leading to the success of the project.The process of project management isn't perfect;however,the case used here has a profound value of reference for Liangshan Branch developing its capacity of enterprise informatization project management,as the enterprise customers of Liangshan Branch informatization business are so far mainly some local government agencies,public institutions,and colleges and universities.At the same time,the management of the project of Collaboration Office System construction is a worthy supplement to the immature area of enterprise informatization project management theoretically and practically.
