In the 21 st Century,the competition among enterprises is boiled down into talent competition.Training of new employees is related to the long-term sustainable development of an enterprise and becomes one of the core issues of human resources management within an enterprise.After joining a company,new employees are not familiar with working environment,organization structure and management mechanism until a reasonable period has lapsed.However,with the rapid development of economy and society,the upgrading of product technology and technology is advancing rapidly,the growth cycle of each new employee becomes shorter but and the quality requirements for training of new employees higher.Therefore,in order to adapt to the requirements of new situations,introduction of advanced management concepts has become an urgent need for enterprises to carry out the training of new employees.Based on the management of new employee training project by use of project life cycle theory,this Paper,from the viewpoint of project management,studied the New Employee "Red Apple" Training Project Full-Life Cycle Management organized by JZ Company.This Paper firstly introduced introduces the background against which JZ Company implemented New Employee "Red Apple" Training Project,and analyzed the necessity of implementing the full life cycle management of New Employee "Red Apple" Cultivation Project,and constructed the whole life cycle mode of New Employee "Red Apple" Cultivation Project.This Paper,by use of project full-life cycle management theory,substantiated the management at the four stages: initiation,planning,execution and completion of the New Employee "Red Apple" Cultivation Project.At last,it was concluded that use of the project life cycle management theory to guide the implementation of new employee training project is conducive to improving the efficiency of project management,thus speeding up the training progress,improving the quality of new employee training,and providing talent support for the sustainable development of a company.Research results as given in this Paper can provide useful experience and reference for talent training projects to be held by JZ Company and are of great significance for implementing its overall talent strategy and facilitating its long-term development.Meanwhile,it is anticipated that the research results can provide useful experience and reference for talent/new employees training projects to be held by other enterprises and achieve important practical significance.
