Project Management Of Tourism Master Plan In N City Based On Life Cycle Theory

As the tourism consumption upgrading and the supply-side structural reform of tourism goes further,the tourism investment in China shoots up,tourism development has entered a new era of all-for-one tourism.All kinds of tourism projects have started in various places,the demand for tourism planning is vigorous and the tourism planning organization develops rapidly.Tourism planning,as a special type of project,has its own characteristics,so it is of both theoretical and practical significance to examine the management of tourism planning with the vision of project management.Taking the current status of tourism planning and its management as the logical starting point,this paper analyzes the characteristics of tourism planning projects,and explores the issues of the tourism planning management with the idea of project management,and tries to solve the practical problems of tourism planning project management by using the theory and methods of project management and set up the project management body of knowledge of tourism planning.At last,the knowledge system is simplified and analyzed by using the example of tourism planning.Firstly,the article expounds the upsurge of tourism planning recently,deeply analyzes the causes of this phenomenon,and discuss the trend of tourism planning projects and the status of tourism planning management.From the perspective of tourism planning organizations,the essence of the problems of tourism planning management is that the traditional management mode can’t meet the new needs of industrial development.According to the characteristics and attributes of tourism planning,the use of project management theory and method to manage it has both realistic urgency and operational feasibility.In addition,from the research situation at home and abroad,the research findings of tourism planning management from the perspective of project management are less,and the comprehensive use of project management concept and knowledge system to study tourism planning management is much less.From this perspective,the research also has some theoretical significance.Secondly,the article carded the project management theory,summarized the basic theoretical system of project management,and introduced the latest trend of the international project management theory research through the introduction of the latest version of PMBOK Guide(Sixth Edition)of the American Project Management Institute(PMI).Then,through sorting out the theoretical basis of tourism planning,the management of tourism planning project is clearly defined,and the characteristics of tourism planning projects are deeply analyzed,and the theoretical cohesion of tourism planning and project management is discussed.Finally,the paper uses the theory of project management life cycle to systematically optimize the life cycle of tourism planning projects,and verifies and analyzes it through empirical cases,and puts forward project management countermeasures.Firstly,from the perspective of the life cycle of tourism planning projects,this paper examines the characteristics of tourism planning projects at different stages of project establishment,planning,execution and closing.According to the actual situation of tourism planning projects,the life cycle of tourism planning projects is divided into four stages and thirty-two nodes.The general layout of tourism planning project management is used as guidance for tourism planning project management.Secondly,taking the N Municipality general tourism planning of TC Company as an example,this paper analyzes the life cycle characteristics of the case from the perspective of the life cycle of the tourism planning project,summarizes the management methods of the four stages of the project management,and summarizes the four countermeasures of the project management from the life cycle dimension: integration management,organization construction.Set up,schedule control and stakeholder management.Tourism planning projects have their own unique characteristics,and with the change of national policy and market orientation,China’s tourism planning is facing profound changes.Finally,the paper summarizes the construction process of the theoretical system of tourism planning project management and the simplification process of case application,and analyzes the shortcomings of the study and future research directions.
