Research On The Project Management System Of Oil Field Production Capacity Based On The Whole Life Cycle

oil field production capacity construction project involves a number of stakeholders,so its management is complex and difficult.In the low oil price environment,strengthen the management of oilfield productivity construction project is conducive to the implementation of the "oil enterprise cost cutting and improving performance strategy smoothly,and enhancing the oil enterprise core competitive ability,so it is an important part of the sustainable development of oilfield enterprises.The improvement of oil production capacity construction project management level is based on the systematic understanding of the productivity construction projects,so the productivity construction projects to improve the efficiency of oilfield enterprises need to build up the relevant management system.In this study,oil field productivity construction project using cost cutting and improving performance as the goal,on the basis of project management,life cycle theory,firstly,this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing management system of oilfield construction project,and puts forward the overall framework of the project management system of oil field capacity construction,which includes three core parts:target system,content system and operation system.Secondly,this paper constructs the content system of oilfield productivity construction project,and in this paper,the construction project management capacity of oil stage is divided into 3 stages,including the starting stage,the implementation stage and the conclusion stage from life-cycle perspective,and the various stages of the activities of the division.The start-up phase consists of project organization structure and team building,project selection and decision-making,and the implementation phase includes schedule and cost management etc.,and the final stage of acceptance and later include project summary of results,file management and performance appraisal etc..Finally,this paper constructs the system of oilfield productivity construction project,Through the analysis of the life cycle of different units of behavior preference,this paper put forward to prompte the work of the construction unit,all units active cooperation,the effective implementation of the objectives of the project and the effective implementation of the management system of the various life cycle stages of incentives.The starting stage mainly consider the problem of trust among the subjects,and the project implementation stage mainly consider the reciprocity and fairness preference units,and the final stage mainly consider mobilizing the construction units' management personnel.
