In the process of economic globalization and the development of management information, China's logistics industry has been in a state of complete competition. As a cross regional logistics enterprises, how can DP company stand out from so many logistics enterprises, to achieve leap forward development, it is has become a serious problem faced by managers. DP company want to survive, only through the advanced management concepts and technical means to enhance core competitiveness. As an important part of enterprise management, DP company's financial management strategy must upgrade, through the change mode, reduce costs, improve efficiency, to promote the overall value of the enterprise. FSSC is the best solution.FSSC is a developing direction of modern large and medium sized enterprises' financial management. Statistics show that more and more multinational, cross regional group enterprises have been set up or are building FSSC. Simplifying the organization and transformation is the purpose of Building FSSC. In this paper, through the research of the theory of shared services and the analysis of sharing service construction process, combined with the actual situation of DP company. The author studies the company's changes and a series of problems in the process of Building FSSC.This article is divided into six chapters: The first chapter introduces the background of DP company, the company's current situation and the significance of building the company's FSSC. The second chapter is the development history and theoretical basis of the shared service center, the development history, theoretical basis, service content, different organization mode and so on. The third chapter is the research on the implementation methods of FSSC, the process of feasibility analysis, from the complete project handover and formal operation of design and planning, team building, process architecture setting, research, implementation of the entire process of sharing center. The fourth chapter is the organization and implementation of DP company FSSC, this chapter discusses the feasibility study, site selection, investment planning, revenue analysis, and the work process of the center. The fifth chapter is the analysis of the operation effect of DP company's FSSC, and describes the implementation of the project to the DP company to bring about the promotion and risk. The sixth chapter is the development direction and operation prospect of DP company's FSSC. This chapter discusses the development direction and future operation of DP company's Financial Shared Service Center.
