In the process of economic globalization and the development of management information, China's logistics industry has been in a state of complete competition. As a cross regional logistics enterprises, how can DP company stand out from so many logistics enterprises, to achieve leap forward development, it is has become a serious problem faced by managers. FSSC is the best solution.FSSC is a developing direction of modern large and medium sized enterprises' financial management. Statistics show that more and more multinational, cross regional group enterprises have been set up or are building FSSC. Simplifying the organization and transformation is the purpose of Building FSSC. In this paper, through the research of the theory of shared services and the analysis of sharing service construction process, combined with the actual situation of DP company.
