Research On Enterprise Fund Management Optimization Under The Mode Of Financial Shared Service

The transnational and cross-regional flows of various production factors promote the formation of economic globalization,which in turn rapidly expands the enterprises' business scale and distribution range of branch companies and subsidiaries.In the traditional financial management pattern.the complicated organizational structure,excessive management cost,separated finance and business,lagging data collection and the decentralized capital gradually revealed drawbacks such as management difficulty.Meanwhile,the high-speed growth of information technology also exerts a profound impact on the financial management pattern.For instance,the accounting computerization is replaced by the development of EPR while the current financial shared service model being a better version of ERP.In daily business activities,good fund management means the overall control of the enterprise's lifeline.Thus,increasing companies start setting up this model to make centralized management for standardized operation and process reengineering of originally large but basic work which was dispersed in various branches and subsidiaries by kinds of emerging technologies.Through fund system,expense reimbursement system,collection and payment system,the fund operation could be recorded;therefore,managers are able to use the available information to make decisions in an effective and timely manner,making fund management healthier.The thesis studies the operational pattern and effects of fund management under the financial shared services model in A property insurance branch company in X province.It then introduces the existing problems in budget management,fund payment and settlement,accounting files,bank accounts,etc.,presents systematic analysis and investigates the effectively feasible improvement for the above-mentioned problems.In the end,it provides certain guarantee measures,from the perspective of improving the company's financial system,ensuring the automation of robot process and designing performance evaluation based on balance scorecard,for fund management under this model,so as to comprehensively improve the management quality and offer as a reference to other branches and other large corporates.
