It can be seen t ? at network information grows rapidly wit ? t ? e development of Internet technology.In terms of structured and unstructured data,it carries a large amount of information from a more microcosmic point of view,which puts forward a severe test on the decision-making and management methods of enterprise.At the same time,financial management as the core content of enterprise management affects the survival and development of enterprises.As a result,enterprises take the construction of financial shared service center as the means,implement the financial shared service mode,so as to integrate accounting business and optimize the process,which thus can achieve the goal of significantly reducing the cost of financial resources of enterprise groups as well as improving the quality and effectiveness of financial services of enterprises.In this paper,it uses research method to carry out in-depth study on the transformation of financial management model of H Group from 2014 to now,which explores the current situation and existing problems of its financial management,so as to emphasize the necessity and feasibility of building a financial shared service center.Secondly,it elaborates the technical support of constructing the financial sharing service center in this paper,which also analyses the bright point of using data mining technology to complete the financial analysis support of the shared service center.Thirdly,it analyses the process optimization in this paper,which includes asset management process,accounts receivable process,accounts payable process,expense reimbursement process and general ledger management process.Fourthly,it describes the operational changes of the sales process as a case of accounts receivable process,which includes the sales order process and the non-sales order process.As a result,it summarizes the advantages of the financial shared service center in this paper on the basis of the above analysis.Finally,it makes the conclusion,the inspiration and elaborates the results of research in this paper,so as to provide a positive and practical implementation plan for the construction and operation management of financial shared service centers in related industries.
