A Study On A Trading Company's Performance Management System On Whole Process' Of Risk Controlling

In the more complex and tough situation of the domestic and international economic environment, the enterprise is running under a continuous increasing pressure, the operation risk is highlighted. To the trading business which A company is belonged to, the situation is particularly grim.In the presence of inconsistency and asymmetric information, un-equal risks and benefits between company and sales department, making the company risks business frequently in the recent years, also highlights the profit oriented assessment incentive mechanism already can not adapt to the requirements of company operation and management. In consideration of this, this paper proposes the construction of the performance management system based on the full risk control.In this paper, we propose the model of the company's development strategy at first, and then analyze the risk factors of the company, and then put forward the establishment and improvement of the three risk defense line of A trading company and the mechanism of the three level division of responsibility. On this basis, through the clarification of department responsibilities and job assignments, we set up and establish the company performance contracts, the business performance evaluation program based on risk control,the management department performance assessment program based on risk control functions, and finally implements specific staff performance assessment.Through the decomposition of corporate strategic objectives, and through the specific implementation of risk prevention and control elements, we have formed the performance management system of risk control based on the characteristics of A trading company.
