Research On The Evaluation And Control Of Risk In Enterprise Human Resource Management Informationzation

With the development of IT projects, human resources have been the most important status and values in enterprise management. But as a 'double-edged sword', the enterprise human resource informationzation is followed with not only many excellencies but also many uncertainties from dimensions of management, technology, time and finance which brings high failure rate and risk to it. By concerning this circumstance we discussed the principles of project risk management, then provided a serious of methods and strategies for distinguishing, evaluating and controlling the risk of enterprise human resource informationzation.This paper principally provides into three parts: risk distinguish, risk evaluation, risk control of enterprise human resource informationzation. First, as to distinguishing the enterprise human resource informationzation risk, certain methods of project structure dissembling and fishbone diagram were use integrated. On the bases of the above distinguishing, we analyzed the driver of each element. And then a serious of variables were established for evaluating the risk in the enterprise human resource information project, a synthetic evaluation model was established by using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method. The most import assignment of the human resource informationzation is the strategies of risk control, in this part, on the basis of enterprise human resource informationzation, a serious of enterprise human resource informationzation project management structure was introduced, then the main ideas and strategies of risk control were discussed for the risk factors of enterprise human resource informationzation.
