Company L is an affiliation of M Group and focused on technology development.In order to keep the sustainable technical competition advantage of M Group,the task of L company is to solve the tough problems of business unit of M group in product development.Given that one of the strategies of M group is technical innovation,human resource department and management department of L company need to hire talents quickly and efficiently,and meanwhile these technical human resource have to be allocated to the right position.Human resource management is the important content in the operation of L company.The issues of human resource management in operation cause the deterioration of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.The first issue is the configuration of human resource and projects,and it includes the improper human resource support to joint projects,insufficient capability and innovation projects,and the delayed human resource hiring.The second issue is the performance connection which includes inaccurate project and competency evaluation.The last one is the employee training which includes unfair trainee selection,unattractive training contents,and the training evaluation.This paper adopts the fundaments of human resource management,statistics analysis and linear programming to analyze these issues and provide the solutions.With the creation of excel based resource linear programming tool,the configuration of human resource and project is optimized.The addition of situational and behavioral interview improves the talent selection rule to test the competency of candidates.The collaboration with universities and recruiters reduces the delay of hiring.Performance connection process is enhanced by increasing the number of connection meeting and quantifying performance indicator.The new employee training process is created and performance indicator is used for trainee selection and training evaluation.Given the identification,analysis and optimized solutions of the issues,the above actions have been executing and tracking by operation and human resource department.The data of customer satisfaction,employee satisfaction,profit and employee output are collected and analyzed.The correlation analysis shows the positive correlation between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction,and this means that the company should consider the financial indicator as well as the employee satisfaction during the configuration of human resource.This can benefit higher customer satisfaction.The data also shows that the customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are improved,and meanwhile the patent number has significant improvement.All these results show that the optimized solutions solve the issues of company L and improve the operation of L company.
