The rapid development of science and technology,the increasing competition in the market,the changes in the social environment and the consumption environment prompted enterprises to urgently need to change through the new competitive ability and expand market share.As a method of change management,business process reengineering came into being in this situation.This method emphasizes the analysis and application in the actual enterprise.It is an advanced management model.Its core idea is to diagnose the business process,to carry on the fundamental thought and the redesign,the process as the core object simplifies the enterprise production business activity,to serve customers as the center of the integration of enterprise resources.The ultimate goal is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and efficiency.M Exhibition Company is a typical exhibition enterprise in China.With the changes in the market environment,the original business process can no longer meet the requirements for the long-term development of the company.The company's leaders fully recognize the external pressures the company is facing and problems in internal management.In order to achieve the company's development goals,only in light of the actual situation,analyze the problems in the process,conduct business process reengineering in the company,and improve the existing defects in the existing processes,in order to achieve the company's sustainable overall development.This article mainly uses the method of researching literatures and cases to explore a road that can be used for business process reengineering by these traditional small and medium sized exhibition companies like M Exhibition company.The exhibition company has been reengineered through business processes.It can not only train the employees of the company,improve the work efficiency of the employees,but also establish the factors for sustainable development of the company from the aspects of system,incentive,and culture construction.This article first elaborates the research background of the topic and the research status of relevant theories at home and abroad,and takes the management theory of business process reengineering,human management theory,lean thinking theory and other related management theories as the theoretical basis of the research of this article to carry out further research and discussion.Then,M Exhibition Company was used as a sample of the discussions to conduct in-depth analysis.Through the systematic diagnosis of its existing business processes and organizational structure,the "Exhibition Planning Process,Supplier Cooperation Process,and Exhibitor Satisfaction Management Process" was identified as M Exhibition.The company's core business processes,and its diagnostic analysis to identify the problems and the reasons for their existence.Then,it put forward a plan for the business process reengineering of M Exhibition Company,transformed the company's original pyramid organization structure into a process-oriented organization structure,and conducted the core business process of M Exhibition Company through rearrangement,merger,removal,and automation.Reengineering,and drawing a new flow chart after reengineering.According to the new process after business reengineering,from the end,from the four aspects of organizational structure and human resources,management system,corporate culture construction,and information technology,the safeguard and solidification measures for the smooth implementation of the business process reengineering of the M Exhibition Company were proposed.Finally,the main conclusions and deficiencies of this study are summarized,and questions that can be further studied are proposed.
