A-Enterprise as a traditional construction business if you want to achieve organizational goals to maximize their profits and enterprise development, which is bound to decide A-Enterprise need to continue to contract different projects, which is A-Enterprise as a construction enterprise project-oriented business the basis of the decision. A-Enterprise face in making progress schedule multiple projects between resource allocation, risk management and other aspects of the problem is more complex and severe, enterprises in order to address these issues, the reform established by the multi-project management office.This will be the theory of multi-project management concepts, characteristics, and resource allocation methods, combined with the knowledge, from the organization of the corporate status quo A multi-project management of the target company as a starting point, through the A organizational structure, project management be the status quo way, risk management and other aspects of the system theory.
