Real Estate Multi-Project Resource Management Plan Based On Constraints Theory

As a core of multi-project management,enterprises resource issues were occurred frequently in there development process,e.g.resource conflict.How to carry out strategic objectives in the use of resource management plans is unknown,thence,resource management plans are meaningful on the base of resource constraints.This paper analyzes constraints of resource management plans,and achieves resource management plans by specific item.By analyzing relations of elements collision,the paper proposes steps from resource recognition,constraints analysis and priority determination to resource optimization,and comes the weight of indicators takes advantage of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis of multi-attribute utility.According to ideas of real estate enterprises multi-project resource management plans model based on constraints of resource,the paper puts forward frame of resource management plans,which involves two aspects:the one is actual application of resource management plans,integrating mathematical model,improves resource plans.The other is combining multi-project management and strategic management,pledges direction and consistency.The purpose of this paper is exploring Scientific methods of resource management plans, and posing scientific framework in accordance with resource management of real estate development enterprises.As the Bp of resource management,resource constraints and optimization of resource management plans model are keys to resource plans,which provide terrace for theory and practice ways.The content of this paper consists of three parts and seven chapters.Part one(chapter1):Raising issues.This part expounds background of multi-project resource management mainly,and describes relationship of strategy,resource and firm development,even investigates necessity between strategic management and resource management bottleneck.Part two(chapter 2,3,4,5):Theory research.This part establishes a system of multi-project resource management,which contents multi-project resource management. Enterprises multi-project resource management plans become vector and artifice of the implementation of corporate strategy in this system.Part three(chapter 6):Theory application.This part settles practical problems by part two,which establishes a system of multi-project resource management.Takes real estate development enterprises multi-project resource management for example,this part describes a procedure importantly,which evaluates and pays close attention to application of enterprises multi-project resource management plans,and resolves problems difficult to achieve in enterprise development by searching focal points of multi-project resource.
