Methods Of Planning Management For Owner's Project Management

A lot of Real Estate Groups are nowadays developing many projects inmany districts at the same time. The project management of owner side isbecoming into the nucleus of management too.Planning management is an importtant part in the project managementof owner side and also a weak part in the multi-project management.The main problems in the plan management are now as follows:(1) without a unified standard in compiling plan;(2) with a lot of difficulties in correcting plan;(3) with little operability in executing plan.The author has studied three aspects for the plan management in thisthesis with the help of work experience in AX Real Estate Groups:(1) to design a periodic table for residential projects, to analyze theperiodic data for commercial projects and to design two plan templates forthe pervious projects in terms of plan compiling;(2) to put forward four suggestions for improvement in terms of planexecuting;(3) to find the correct way in terms of plan evaluating.At last, the author has listed five case studies of AX Real Estate Groupsto confirm the idea of the plan management.
