Research Of Large-scale Construction Enterprise Multi-project Resource Management Based On MAS

In recent years. As the government to increase in infrastructure investment.construction enterprises have entered the peak period of developing, the amount of projects which contracted by construction enterprise are more than ever.and the projects develop for large, complicated and cross-regional, the management of project began to change into multi-project management.resources of the construction industry is the material and work basis for the build, so how to effectively and excellently manage the resources have a direct impact on results of multi-project management.Because the core of multi-project management is coordinated management of resources and project is complex and the present research often focused on the initial optimal allocation of resources.In this paper, we will build resource manage system which based on MAS theory.First, this paper analysis the present situation of resource research management, the problem and shortcomings of multi-project resource management of construction enterprise and the theories of multi-project resource management.then we have elaborated and analyzed the MAS theories, resource theories, the characteristics and purpose of multi-project management. On the basis of these theories, we have designed the rule, internal module and functions of agent, also have designed the framework of resource management system.According to the two core parts that is resource dynamic plan and distributed-cooperated developing of schedule, we have designed its architecture, construction method and collaborative optimization model.in the end, this paper combined with case analysis the construction method of framework and the agent of resource management system.also have solve the optimization model and verified its feasibility.In this paper, the research can bring resource management research in future a new kind thought and provide theoretical basis to formulate and improve the management rules of the construction enterprise resources, at the same time it can provides methods and ideas to help enterprise build its resources management system.
