Under the huge investment of government, aerospace industry develop rapidly since the 21st century, many projects already have set up. But simultaneously, many aerospace enterprises are facing the huge challenge. On one hand, exploration, pre-researching, development, batch production and after-sale service possess all kinds of different business characteristics of their own, to plan and to manage are difficult, and the conflict of resource is serious; On the other hand, it's difficult to support the business management without the multi-project management system adapting to aerospace enterprise. And the working pressure of the staff rises sharply because of the long-term overload of work. So it is becoming a problem demanding prompt solution that how to make management pattern of scientific research and production to innovate to realize multi-models and multi-batches parallel development and production.Under the guidance of the theory of system engineering, project management, constraint, plan and schedule management, the current situation of multi-project plan management of aerospace models is explanted, and the four important aerospace research institutions are deeply researched in this paper. Meanwhile, some problems of one aerospace research institution are analyzed in details, such as not taking a plan seriously, being short of information platform supporting the multi-project plan management for aerospace models. Building the management system and information platform is put forward.In this paper, a multi-project plan management frame of aerospace models is built, a multi-project net plan making mode is designed on the basis of common WBS, schedule control system based on critical chain and with the key month dispatch plan as the center is devised, and the information platform model, the function model, the business model, the business model, and the data model are built.
