And put forward the vision,mission, strategic positioning, strategic plan and the choice of strategic plan; we also discuss the obstacles, safeguard measures and strategic expectation in the procession of implementation.though the analysis,we believe development strategy is the best choice for HongYuan company, increase the investment and development of project, and develop the market actively,fully develop the advantage of enterprise in order to make sure the rapid development and expansion of enterprise. But now the obstacles in the procession of implementation include system obstacle, business channels, management process, information system and so on. In order to make sure the strategy of enterprise could be carried out successfully, Hongyuan company should be established the efficient human resource mechanism, broaden the resource of real estate business, improve the capacity of financial management decision, make the business process perfectly, bulid the efficient information system of enterprise.Through the analysis of the whole paper, this paper put forward that the development strategy is the best choice, during the process of implementation of strategy, Hongyuan company should establish brand gradually, and above this to expand the enterprise, and develop a synthesized company which include hotels, restaurants, entertainment, real estate renovation and property management.
