Management Game is an enterprise management-training course opened by American Carnegie Mellon University. The course depends on computers and Internet, the Management Game started into the world to participate in the management education curriculum.Project to simulate the operating environment of the world watch industry, by the United States, China, Japan, Chile, Russia, Ukraine, nearly 400 MBA students participate in joint team, the program consists of 40 participating teams were divided into eight competitive world, every World 5 groups, commercial competition with each other. Between the world will not interfere with each other. In every business quarter, each team member to the company's strategy for positioning, background analysis, data collection, policy formulation and policy implementation and a full analysis of such discussion. The entire project over 3 years experience of business simulation game, participants operating through 12 quarters to grasp the entire chain of business management knowledge.Chronus Company is a dummy company founded by the students in North East University MBA students in due 2008. As Chronos CEO is responsible for developing the company's strategic objectives; creation of corporate culture; strengthen team building,and so on.At first the background, purpose and method of this research was stated also include some management theory based on which the formulation and choose process of management strategy in Chronus was made. The issues and difficulties during the implement of strategy was also mentioned. Finally this dissertation made a conclusion of the management during past three years and my feelings and experience during this course.
