Abstract:Shenzhen Yanqiang Communication Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in the research and design of mobile high-tech and small sized high-tech enterprises. After four years of hard work, the company quickly grew up. Approved by the government, the company has settled Shenzhen Overseas Chinese High-tech Venture Park. However, due to limited strength, on one hand, the company has been in the face of powerful multinational suppliers of raw materials supply pressure, on the other face of the domestic industry competitive market pressures. Currently, the company is in a critical period of transformation and development requires a comprehensive analysis of the objective conditions of the internal and external situation, and in a highly competitive market environment to solve the question how to develop the company’s next. This is the significance of the development of strategic research.Firstly, this thesis describes the research background and significance, and the rationale for the study, research status of the system analysis, based on this proposed overall research ideas and methods. Then, from the research and development of the company’s strong macro environment and industry environment, two aspects of a comprehensive analysis of the macro business environment that is stable. Industry competition, the company’s development will face severe challenges. Next, research the company’s strong material, human and technical resources, capabilities and other aspects of the value chain are analyzed. Then, the use of "SWOT" analysis method, through the internal and external conditions of a comprehensive analysis of the development of the enterprise obtained four strengths and opportunities as well as three specific threats and weaknesses. On this basis, development strategy of the general idea is presented, and the company’s strategic framework is designed of the competitive strategy and functional strategy. Finally, implementation of the strategy development of countermeasures has been studied from the organizational culture, organizational structure and strategic control systems.
