In the field of testing,signal instruction and signal acquisition are generally required for the tested equipment,and the signal formats for sending and collecting are different.After the transmission is completed,the return information of the test equipment will be received to determine whether the instruction is successful or not.After collection,the collected signals are analyzed and the test results are displayed by the upper computer software.This requires that the test device has good compatibility and high speed system transfer capabilities to accommodate multiple test functions at the same time.The emergence of PXI chassis and PXI Express cases provides an extensive and mature architecture for the measurement and automation of modern instrumentation.PXI system is a mature platform based on PC,which is widely used in the field of automation and measurement of the system.In addition to pc-based commercial PCI bus technology,PXI system combines important synchronization and timing functions as well as modular packaging of Compact PCI.The PXI system provides power supply,cooling fan and communication bus for working modules within the chassis,and supports multiple working modules within the same chassis simultaneously.In addition to maintaining the standard PXI system,the PXI Express system provides higher bandwidth and synchronization capabilities for working modules.For traditional instrument communication,PXI Express support PCI communication,which is typically used for sending data and receiving data parallel 32-bit bus,PCI communication one of the biggest bandwidth or throughput of 132 MB/s.The communication of the high-speed equipment is accomplished through PCI Express.PCI Express data is a serial data transmission through a pair of connected lines called"lane"that are sent and received.The data transmission rate in each direction can reach 250 MB/s.Multiple lanes can be combined to form the well-known x2,x4,x8,x16,and x32 system links to improve the system bandwidth.These links provide a connection service between the system controller and the socket with the device.The high-speed data transmission platform designed in this thesis is a universal platform based on PXIe high-speed interface.The structure of the platform adopts the standard size of 3U board card,which can be inserted into the industrial controlmachine of PXI Express.Platform using a general load board with different functions in the form of sheet,high speed signal to the device under test is used to control,also can receive high speed signal for analysis,test,high-speed signal using an LVDS data form.The platform is equipped with a high precision clock generator with a phase-locked loop,which can be used to compose any frequency between0.16350MHz,and support the 5-channel fractional frequency,which can satisfy the 4groups of LVDS clock,each group can be adjusted independently.When the clock frequency is 100KHz to 1MHz,it can follow 1Hz step.At 1MHz to 100MHz,it can be entered in accordance with 0.1khz,and the clock accuracy can reach 1.0 x 10-5.Clock stability 1.0 x 10-7.
