Along with the development of test systems such as high-speed integrated system, image collection system and so on, how to transfer a large amount of data produced in testing process to analyze and process them becomes the key problem that restricts system performance improvement and system function achievement. With this background, high-speed transmission of exterior data into computer is realized by using LVDS interface to receive and dispatch data in high speed and transferring the data into computer interface card through PCI Express computer bus.The general plan of system is designed in this paper on the basis of analyzing task and technical indexes. Correlative techniques in the process of high speed data transmission based on PCI Express bus is introduced in the hardware part. Many technologies such as interface and timing sequence of receiving and dispatching data, principle and sub ordinary mode working time sequencing of FPGA achieving PCI, FPGA achieving PCI Express bus collocation, FPGA achieving DMA transmission, FPGA performing intermitting management, power supply distribution and so on are described in detail. Driver structure and multithreading technology adopted to realize high speed data storage are introduced in software part combining the process of reading the data by system. The experimental process of interface card self-checking and reading data into the computer as well as data analysis result are listed in the conclusion part in this paper.The interface card designed in this project is achieved through PCI Express X1 interface. If it was achieved through X16 interface and techniques such as RAID were adopted, the system performance will be further improved.
