Development And Implementation Of Integrated Office System Of Huanjiang Local Taxation Bureau

With the deepening of informatization construction of tax authorities,current tax office information system of Huanjiang Local Taxation Bureau cannot meet the needs of every day work in new era.For more and more frequent official business,taxpayers consultant,household inspection,sign and read documents,receiving,reporting and checking working attendance outside,there was a strong demand for mobile office.An mobilization,informatization,intelligence and portability office information system of Huanjiang Local Taxation Bureau was inevitable.My study developed a B/S structure mobile office information system that supporting by internet and GPRS technology,focused on the mobile office needs and management features of the Local Taxation Bureau of Huanjiang.Any smart terminal like PC/PAD can access this system through internet.Coverage the needs of anytime,anyplace office by login as a authorize user grants examining and approving,reading,reporting,communication and collaboration working.The tax office information system of Huanjiang Local Taxation Bureau developed in my study used multi-level architecture J2 EE developing structure and server clusters,Combine notice,meeting,examining and approving,tasking,reporting,working attendance module by web service.Deployed system on a cluster with Linux and Unix operation system by J2EE's cross-platform features,being high-performance distributed cluster deployment.In database selection,after comparing with Oracle and Sybase SQL Server database,sequencing by data security,stability,availability,and scalability,Oracle database was chosen.The ultimate goal of the integrated office system platform is to organize the existing departments and create a form a unified management.Through the assignment of personnel rights,the definition of forms,and the setting of function module processes,leveled management,standardized management processes,to achieve the office management and personnel management of tax authorities,enhancing administrative efficiency and service effectiveness of Huanjiang Local Taxation Bureau.At the same time,information sharing and timeliness are achieved through the approval and release management of announcements.Finally,tracking and mongering all supervision mattersby statistics of office process and personnel positioning.
