Analysis And Design Of Jiangxi Integrated Tax Office Information System

With the development of science and technology,the demand of tax system is higher and higher to informatizaition construction which is the most fundamental and important part of tax work.However,ODPS,original document processing system,has been difficult to adapt to the tax work under the new period,and is unable to meet the needs of tax management informatization construction.So,to resolve these contradictions and improve office efficiency,Jiangxi national tax proposed to build a new integrated office information system.In the design of the integrated office information system,the initial technical route choice is affirmed on the basis of the comprehensive research of relevant technology at home and abroad and national tax related business system;J2EE is the technology architecture;rapid prototyping is the development method,namely the object-oriented method;MyEclipse is the development tool;Oracle is the database.In the requirement analysis phase integrated office information systems,in order to meet customer needs more range and a wide range of business requirements,which not only focus on the analysis and summarizes of the organization and user roles,but also effectively combed the actual business needs of users,summarized the eight specific elements: meeting management,document management,information editing,information management,promotion management,letters management,organization of word and supervision.For the needs analysis,we carry out the corresponding system function to refine the design by defining the business system functions hierarchical,functional modules,data dictionary,deployment capabilities and designing the method of business systems technical framework figure,functional diagram,deployment diagram and database ER diagrams.For the detailed design for the system function,we carry out the corresponding code development and expose the system certainly by aspects of the interface,operating procedures and implementation process and other of the code.
