With the continuous development and innovation of information systems,office automation systems or a single Web site can not meet the needs of large business office.Nowadays,business office concept is coordination office.CO may include process management,transaction processing,information display,more system integration and so on.The new demand for large-scale enterprise CO platform is the office concise,process integration,information sharing,and ultimately to improve work efficiency.This paper based on the level of information in an enterprise and the actual needs,designing the CO platform for the enterprise.The whole system uses IBM WebSphere Portal,with the part of the sub-function using JAVA,J2EE development platform,Oracle database.The full text generally analyzes the system,with the function and cases analysis for each module.On this basis,we design the overall system architecture,along with the demonstrated description of the design and the implementation to the five modules,the business office module,unified Upcoming module,work transfer module,information dissemination module and single point landing module.Through business process management,CO platform realizes the inter-departmental coordination office.Through a unified upcoming,it realizes the multi-system integration;Through the work of the transfer of functions,it achieves the press service module transfer;Through the content management,CO platform make it possible to publish the public information and business information;Through the single point landing,it achieves a one-stop office.
