Design And Implementation Of Cooperative Office System Based On J2EE In Water Conservancy And Hydroelectric Engineering Bureau

In recent years, with rapid development of science and technology, the labor efficiency has greatly improved. The scale of the enterprises expand gradually. Many enterprises have their own branches and offices. They have their own offices throughout the country. All over the country they have these branches, the branches need communicate timely. The demand of the data information is higher and higher with the growing business requirements, in the face of today’s global economic competition environment, it is important to promote the development of enterprise in information construction. Traditional way of office cannot satisfied the growing business needs, people took enormous energy and time to manual operation complex and repetitive work, small and medium-sized enterprises are necessary for information construction to survival and development.Collaborative office system is a new office mode using modern computer and network technology. It does not have a strict uniform definition. The system should include the features of document management, file management, meeting management, etc. It can strengthen the office of the collaborative and consistency, and the efficiency of the implementation decisions can improveed. In this paper, the cooperative office system based on J2 EE in water conservancy and hydroelectric engineering bureau is designed. The database is Oracle. The system is divided into nine modules, in this paper work together, the form application, document management, document management and comprehensive office management are designed.The design of the system follow the specification of software engineering, from the system requirement analysis to system design and implementation. Cooperative working modules manages the cooperation affairs within the organization of enterprise. It can cooperative organization between the organization and internal transaction processing, at the same time it can improve the efficiency of transaction processing. Form application complete the enterprise diversified management, examination and approval matters for the custom forms, and carried out in cooperation with the working process of the binding. The function of document management module is document management in the enterprise. Document management module manage the document in the office for enterprise management.Integrated office management includes vehicles, office supplies, office equipment and books and materials management.First, this article analysis the function and performance requirements of the system, the system use cases are analyzed. The design of the system includes the overall structure, thedatabase and the class of the system. In the process of implementation, the development environment is introduced, four modules of the system are implemented. They include the interfaces, the main principle, process, and the methods of key technologies.At present in this paper, the system has been used in Quanzhou water conservancy and hydroelectric engineering bureau. The application of this system can greatly improve the office efficiency in enterprises, strengthen the competitive power of enterprises, improve the cohesion of the enterprise, improve the efficiency of team work through sharing information between the employees. The communication also becomes easy and convenient, speed up the communication channel. The leader can learn about the information in the company, provide the powerful data basis for leadership decision-making. It improved the work efficiency and reduce the cost of enterprise management, realize the paperless office. The employee’s work difficulty is reduced. The complex and repetitive work become simplification, the staff’s work enthusiasm are improved. So the development of enterprises are further speed up.
