This is the leading technology in use.Based on the requirements of Hangzhou, China Unicom fixed-line unit, corporate customers and other mainservice departments, this paperexplained the construction and the inner connection of project management, report management and system management module, thus to help companies improve efficiency and productivity.The development of an integrated support platform system is carried out, focusing on the business requirements of Hangzhou, China Unicom business department, which is the connection among the business sector, the support department and engineering department. Putting the daily tedious manual approval process aside, it has greatly shortenedthe time from business reception to the project completion. It uses the currentwidely used B/S mode of Web application MVC framework. It uses the popular JSP+JavaBean and other technologies to build the system's performance level; the database uses Oracle databases, which have open source features.
