Design And Implementation Of Books Purchasing System Based On Value Appraisal

The collection of library literature resources in university libraries is an important part of information construction in colleges and universities.Book interviews are the first step in the construction of university library collections.The quality of the books being interviewed is closely related to the collection resources.The level of quality in university libraries directly affects the entire teaching and scientific research.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in the collection of books in colleges.In recent years,the reform of colleges and universities has continued to deepen.The disciplines have been highly differentiated on the one hand and highly integrated on the other.The disciplines have crossed and infiltrated each other.Library collections should meet the needs of subject reform in colleges and universities.Book interviews should also closely follow the pace of changes in colleges and universities.At the same time,the book market is developing in an increasingly prosperous direction.The market competition has caused various publishing houses to speed up the publication of books,and new books have been flocking to the market.It is a difficult problem for an interviewer to interview a highquality,valuable book that meets the needs of the library from a prosperous book market.Therefore,the paper designed and implemented a book-based interviewing system based on the evaluation of the needs of the book interview work.The paper firstly analyzes the importance of book interviews,discusses the problems existing in the current stage of book interviews,and introduces the value evaluation factors in the book interviewing process,and determines the necessity of selecting topics.The elements that affect the value of the book were analyzed and calculated,and a book value evaluation model was constructed.During the design of the system,the requirements and analysis of the process and function of the book interview were analyzed to determine the service target of the system.And the system structure,network topology,system flow and database of the book interview system were designed.The book interview system is based on the B/S architecture.System development is divided into server-side development and client-side development.The system implements functions such as user login,user management,bibliographic import,book value sorting,book rule screening,bibliographic check,book order generation and book acceptance.Finally,functional test,interface test,performance test,stress test and safety test wereconducted on the book interview system.The test results can achieve the expected results.No errors or crashes are reported during the test.The system can work normally and reflects the stability of the system.At present,the book interview system has been put into trial operation within the University of Electronic Science and Technology of the University,achieving the expected goal.The book-based book-based interviewing system can provide a certain basis during the book-interviewing process,help the book-keeping interviewer to conduct an interview with the book,and improve the work efficiency of the book-writer.At the same time,it also enriches the collection structure of the library and can provide better services for the teaching and research activities of the university.
